Please note the following:

* Monthly maintenance is based on the allotted hours for each type of maintenance package.
* Hours per month can be used as needed – unused time can be rolled over each month until the end of the year.
* Additional hours used outside of the allotted hours will be considered out-of-scope and will be billed based on my hourly rate.
